Margarita Xhepa is an Albanian actress, born April 2, 1932 in Lushnje, Albania. One of the Great Ladies of the Albanian theater. In May 2004 she returned to the National Theater stage to excel in the drama "Shelter of the Forgotten", another success in her 50-year career.

Margarita Xhepa është një aktore shqiptare, lindi më 2 prill 1932 në Lushnje, Shqipëri. Një nga Zonjat e Mëdha të teatrit shqiptar. Në maj 2004 u rikthye në skenën e Teatrit Kombëtar, për të shkëlqyer në dramën "Streha e të harruarve", një tjetër sukses në karrierën e saj 50-vjecare.

Nga viti 1950 u aktivizua si artiste probiste në Teatrin Popullor (sot Teatri Kombëtar) dhe njëkohësisht studioi në Liceun Artistik, Dega e Dramës.

Ka krijuar mbi 150 role në teatër, midis të cilëve mund të përmendim: majlindën tek "majlinda" (Xh. Broja), Dafina tek "Lumi i vdekur" (dramatizim nga K.
